If your grill surrounds are good you can drill out the rivits and look for the grill inserts the turn signal bracket is a little different for 67 and 68 with a little modification to the turn signal bracket you should be able to replace the grill inserts

Hello yes there are only 2 rims as far a fitting on your car as long as your rearend is stock i do not think it should be a problem . I had these on a 68 barracuda w/ an 8 3/4 rear about 20 years ago . I think the widest tire that would fit in the rear wheelwell was around 235 . not 100% sure...
