  • I see on a few post you did the 5.7 and 4 speed how was it to drive compare to a 340 or 360 ? I have a demon and just blow up the 340 I had in it so now was thinking of the hemi swap how is it for power ? driveable ? not going to crazy just cam swap later would you do it again if you had to do it all over again ? how hard was the 4 speed to install I see you had to cut the input shaft
    The tune definitely took some trial and error. I ended up buying the full version of Tuner Studio to get the auto tune feature which helped out a fair deal. The base tune that I got actually made most of the difference. Did some cleanup after that but haven't tried tweaking the ignition yet. Once I get the trans swapped I might play with both the ignition and timing some more since I'll likely be driving it more often. Maybe we can exchange a Viper ride for a turbo hemi Dart ride =P.
    Thanks for the saturday tour of legends in your dart. I am truely amazed at how docile it was and how well it ran. My wife sure liked your car as well. She couldn't stop talking about how cool it was that you drove it like you did. Ill be going ms on mine now. Yours really runs well for how little you say you spent tuning. Now when is that viper ride gonna happen??? Lol. I still prefer the dart anyways.
