It only took 2 years but the sign is back in action. All the original neon worked so I wired them all together with a plug on one end. Looks pretty freakin cool I think.
Well this just kinda fell into my lap. Solid little 69 notchback. 318 with console. Hasn't been on the road in 30 years or more. Not next in line to be worked on but definitely gonna be fun when it's time.
So I took my 65 Barracuda out for its first small road trip. Everything ran as it should except for a weird noise coming from the steering column area. Sounded like a faint wind noise even when the car wasnt moving. Would go away if the wheel was turned slightly. Any thoughts?
Well it looks like my son has caught the bug. He made his first mopar purchase today. I think he made a great choice. 1965 Dodge Dart GT. Just drove it 4 hours home with no hiccups. Let the fun begin. Thanks to Mike in Michigan for being great with answering all our questions.
The back is complete. Didn't go too bad. It was just like putting a puzzle together. Not much left now. Did have some starter problems as in we broke 2 of them. Figured out the drain bolt wasn't in far enough so the starter was coming around and smacking it pretty hard. Few other bugs but I can...
