hello i have two 974 360 heads with stainless steel valves 2,02 and 1,60. the heads have been ported and someone has milled down the mounts to the rocker arms on the heads, why does anyone do that? anyone have a solution to what I can use for rockers?? I think the guy I bought the heads...

okey but on Hughes Engines webb site they saying that they will work with the original heads ? from the webb site= No machine work, leave the heads on, raises cylinder pressure. Ground on true .904" cam lobes. This gives you max area under the curve. Has low lift to clear guides.
