Want to go with a 727 and eliminate the 545rfe

My 1970 Duster has a HotWire harness in it to control the Hemi and the 545rfe transmission. I'm tired of fixing this transmission and considering going backwards to an A727. Can the HotWire system that I have installed be modified to work with the 727? The tranny kicked out again tonight and...

    Longer Shocks

I had the same problem with my rear shocks. Suspension was not allowed its full travel because of the shocks listed for my car. My fix for it was a pair of front shocks from a 2003 Ram 1500 rear wheel drive. I cut the studs off the pick up truck shocks and eyelets off the rear shocks of my...

Go for the Gen III. The change over has its challenges, but what swap doesn't ? I think it looks like it belongs! 1970 Duster. /6 k frame, torsion bars, manual steering with unmodified steering column and column shift.

SRT JEEP 6.1 Manifolds DO NOT FIT!!!!!

I used 5.7 Eagle exhaust manifolds from a Grand Cherokee. Opened them up inside and they already have a 3" collector. Very happy with the fitment. As for manifold performance? Don't know, but I'm sure it's better than it was stock.

    Questions about a 2006 5.7

I don't have any pictures of the Grand Cherokee exhaust manifolds. They were only modified internally. Right side manifold was not touched on the outside and the left just needed a small relief for the steering coupler.

    Questions about a 2006 5.7

My engine is a 2005 short block from an 05 Chrysler 300. Heads are port matched and blended Eagles using stock length Eagle push rods, stock head gasket and modified Grand Cherokee exhaust manifolds. 60 psi oil pressure cold and 35 psi at temperature. This thing has a bit of compression and...
