You shouldn't take it that way, because I agree with the statement of not assembling that cheap. I'm not insulting you at all, that was no reflection on you.
That's arguably the best LA based engine to build. Retrofit long nose cam drops in, you can retain the factory lifters and spider assembly. It will have "308" heads which are really good, but they did have the tendency to crack, just like magnums. I'd grab it in a heartbeat!
Never used them, but all the feedback I have ever seen has been negative. And those are not the "good" EQ heads of years past. They are the generic Chinese magnum, and they absolutely do not flow the numbers af the "old" ones
He has a video on surfacing a head with a car battery on a cinder block, with a sheet of sandpaper. No kidding. And another where he teaches you to check bore geometry with a carpenter square. No kidding.
I think some of you are missing the fact this post is just a troll post. I think it's the same guy who was gonna bore his block with a mag drill and cut his piston tops with a band saw.
