The interwebs always keep you honest, good catch. Thread and website updated. When I had the seats repaired, I asked the upholsterer if he had a way to swap the backs so the driver could have the headrest. Voila.

Unfortunately, I don't recall coming across a build sheet. My upholstery guy only fixed the passenger seat but I never looked in the driver's or rear seats, which I don't believe have ever been removed.
