This is a little heavy on the mushrooms but that’s easily fixed. My local Walmart sells Hormal beef tips in gravy and roast beef in gravy. I usually buy these and Bob Evans mashed potatoes. I may change it up sometime and cook up some noodles instead. Nice quick meal for a late shop day...

On my 76 dodge van I dropped the transmission and removed one seat and took it out the door. (360). I loaned my bolt on carb plate and a guy change my Dads 440 in his class C motorhome the same way. He bought one of those plates the next day.

And that last 50 feet is my downfall. I messed up years ago and passed on classes they had at keystone by a multi time champion. Both theory and on track training. It wasn’t cheap but it’s something I really could have used.

Yep I’ll stick to old school here. My buddy that switched to an LS spring is so close to spec that he shifts at 6400rpm. If I want to shift that low I’ll build a diesel engine.
