I have been reading some posts here about exhaust manifolds. I just acquired a 69 Barracuda with a 74 440. My garage is not that well equipped but the shoes in the steering coupler were toast and to get at it I had to cut the headers out, they were not in great shape anyway. I bought some cheap...

I am looking for the proper 69 Barracuda pass side fender fish. I see a few on ebay but not listed properly. I know there are a few different versions...could someone please post a pic of the correct one. Thanks AL

I am having issues with this one right now...think I need to pull the Steering shaft to get it

The thick part is on top...have done a few of these over the years LOL I saw another member use these and thought I would give them a try...gotta say I like the idea...nice rubber and saved around $60 for something no one really sees LOL

Since my Twister is not a numbers car I drilled the 4" hole and used the 4" rubber light grommet's..for two it was $8

Yup just a 1" drop

So here is what I did..the base had already been cut so I cut the bottom right out of the air cleaner and tacked in a drop base....still a bit close but it works now

Turns out it is the gauge. I tightened the nuts on the back of the gauge and she moved to 1/4..then I taped the the gauge a couple times and the needle just dropped back down to empty. Thanks fore the input guys...AL

I will check the limiter, the sender is new and checked with an ohm meter and numbers are good moving the float arm. Thanks
