Guys--
Looking for an 8 3/4 diff oil slinger. Where can I find one? Also, is there another brand that will fit? I think I can make another brand work as long as it has a 1 5/16 ID.
I have tried the on line shops with no luck.
Thank you!
So not tip-in sag. The carb works perfect except for the dead lean condition when I whack the throttle. Based on what guys have said, I'm going to try to fine adjust the air valve flap and try more timing.
What did you mean when you wrote: "Be sure you know the difference between a "bog" and a tip-in hesitation. Each is cured differently." The ebrock troubleshootong guide only mentions "Bogs".

I'm certainly going to adjust the accel pump rod according to the documentation provided...
Intake is a Performer 2176
Floats confirmed to be factory spec
Pushed mineral spirits through the acell pump circuit to verify not clogged
Swapped stock acell pump 1467 for 1470. I will check out the rod bending procedure
12* initial
If I were to try a Holley, what do folks recommend?
A few more things to know:
This is a new build
The pump shot is set to max
I run a fuel pressure regulator set at 6 lbs
I'm running the 31 squirter
3.55 gears
Hey, sorry guys for not answering your questions sooner!
Problem-- If you flat foot it, it goes dead lean for a second or so. Right off idle, or rolling, makes no difference.
carb AVS 1906
cam specs - see pic
heads - ebrock RPM (stock)
I do have a AFR gage installed
Street driven-- done...
I know its not the HP move, but an Edelbrock tech just told me that it may not be possible to completely cure the bog in my current set up.
Any thoughts?
