The cam is a Hughes solid flat tappet. 254/260 with a 108 LSA. Part number STL5460BS. The heads are 440 Source, milled .020 to get the compression to 10.0 to 1. It does have a 440 Source rotating assembly. The block is .040 over, I can verify it's 508".
Really need more info. How is the body; any issues with rust or previous body work? "As is" it might be worth 1500 - 2500, it could be more. You've got to get her running and do the TLC to really get your best return on investment.
Here is one similar to what I put in my 93 Dakota. It provides a more aggressive timing and fuel delivery, bumps the red line from 5500 to over 6000, and gets rid of the top speed limiter. You need to run premium fuel with it though...
Probably not but you never know. This is a father/son project with me (the son) being 44. My dad has always wanted to do a ground-up Mopar project so it is really up to him. But it's a long ride from Florida.
