Yeah thanks Brian, just musn't be much call for them and they've stopped manufacturing. My old crank was 10under and polished so not a problem but it's now a two piece crank and not working so well!
agreed, street and race are totally different requirements, I'm running 7200rpm and 14-1 compression, like you say you'll definitely spin a bearing with standard clearance. These old girls aren't manufactured to the tolerance of the new gen engines that will live with tighter clearances
Can anyone advise a manufacturer and part number for a standard 440 crank .001" extra clearance main bearing. I can't find one , my current clearance is only.0015" and I want .0025"
