Yea, mine seems good too. Only issue is my tach is mounted to it. Still seems fine but it is weird being able to move it around. Oh well,

I just had mine apart and was surprised there wasn't anything to secure it. No set screw or anything.

Thanks for the info. It seems strange that the part in question would rotate like that but I cannot see anything that looks like it would secure it. I guess I'll put it back together and see how it goes. Thanks for the fast reply.

Hey Tony, Running into the same steering column issue on my 69 Charger 4spd car. Did you figure out if the shifter housing rotating is normal?
