Hope all is well, sorry I haven't message in quite awhile, things have been crazy.

Well, house finally is under contract, hope to close in NY April 13. Still a couple of hoops to jump through, but so far so good. My wife's job only lasted about six weeks, so that complicated things, but the Lord provides. See my post re; storage in the Garner area. We will be in NY packing and hopefully moving a bunch of stuff next week, the finish up the week of the closing.
