Hi Evil 340 My car does a similar thing , it was worse with my Holleys , one a 500 2bbl I converted to Blowthrough and my C and S 650 , and to a lesser extent my Thermoquad , however it did not suffer as bad when I use avgas , we have garbage fuel in Australia now , 91/98 and it has 5-10%...

Line is 5/16 yes i have also drilled out those , once i change the cam and heads , i expect / hope it will be looking for more fuel ...

I haven't put the extra fuel in the top of the TQ yet, All i have done is block every extra Vac port except for what i needed , im out to 175" secondary's , i also needed to block the secondary's HSAB's , also reduced the Air Door opening a tad ,Front is all stock. Carb is originally from Aust...

Small update , long time since I have worked on the Charger , I have been trying to find a cam for the Poly , originally I had asked Bullet Cams for a mild cam , but by the time I went to order it , they were unable to source a blank ...... So I let it go for a while and recently I sent emails...

May not help , I had a similar issue with my 300zxTT , Turned out to be the EGR system was bad , this system does not work until engine is warm , put a ball bearing in the the hose going to the actuator . That is of coarse providing the forklift actually has any of this stuff on it ? Failing...

Hey Dartfish Is the KD return spring ok ? You can check it's returning fully ? A small amount of kick down can cause late shifts ... Cheers Peter

Unfortunately no , been working away for months , with fleeting trips home , I try to drive it or at least start it every time I return home ....( Stupid work. ) i am keen to get back into it as soon as I get a chance :)
