This is not my video, but I just came across it and it seemed like a pretty good visual representation of what all needs to be done and a good summary of the giant thread started by guitar way back when.

The couple of things I noticed that make them desirable in my eyes is the slightly smaller chamber than the SM heads, and that they are set up for 8mm valves ootb.

I still need to drill the pushrod holes and check everything for clearance. The short block is all machined and ready to assemble. Hope to have it on the dyno this winter.

Makes it very easy to get down the runners. Being able to radius the entry damn near to the pad flange is nice too!

I've also seen it suggested to find a snap ring that fits in where the factory wire clip is that holds the internals in the body.
