I like my pizza with a proper red sauce and mozzarella and parmesana ramano cheese. Also like it Sicilian style. And tomato pie as well. No need for crazy toppings although occasionally I will get one topped with mushrooms, green peppers and onions.

Gotcha, I posted that before reading the rest of the comments. I have two pellet stoves . A harman and a cheaper englander. The englander makes me nervous as the plets are fed down a chute from an anger above. It needs to go and get another harman.
