I just had a torque converter made by PTC (Performance Torque Converters). 3000 stall with the early 18 spline 904 and a 1.81 nose for the later engines

I'm trying to replace the gas tank in a 65 Barracuda. I've removed everything except the two screws that hold the filler tube seal. They appear to be under the carpet or some back panel.Does anybody know how to gain access to those screws or if you can pull a gas tank without removing the filler...
