Gentlemen, Thanks for the info concerning the 4spd hookup to the 3 spd without correct bolt alignment. I ended up getting a new bell housing from Brewer for cheap. Took care of my issues. Thanks again.

Gentlemen, I was told by a experienced old tranny guy, that a (1967) A833 4 speed tranny, should bolt up to a (1966) 3 speed on the tree bell housing. Problem is, the bolt pattern is almost 3 inches off location from the bell housing, to the actual 4 speed transmission bolt holes. Anyone know...
