What condition is the tail panel in and how much for it cut straight across, side to side?

Would you sell the intake and carb? Alt brackets and pulleys?
 
I could use the grill and the pass side lower section of the 1/4 panel (need to patch mine) shoot me a price. I would take from top of the wheel arch and down right behnd the tire to the rear bumper.
 
looked at the pics again and it appers the part of the 1/4 I need is already gone. Let me know and we can go from there.
