Ok guys I went to a swap meet today in Lawrence Ks,picked ups set of j heads complete for
100. The guy has a set of ss springs 002 and 003 asking 125 .Question is when you set them upside-down how much difference is there in the arch nomally. The guy says his buddy had these on his car for a short amount of time they still have the labels on them barely but they're there.Whatcha guys think? I am going back Tommorow saturdays are bigger

Is there a lot of Mopar stuff there?:burnout:
Did not seem to be but friday is set up day and there will be alot more vendors coming in on saturday morning,so I am hoping there will be more.

I have a buddy up there buying and selling parts. Wish I was there.

I've never compared them but there may not be much diff. in arch from one to another. Their built differently from side to side (i.e. how the leaves are stacked and the length of each individual leaf) and that's most likely what contributes to the right side of the car sitting higher with SS springs.

Here's a pic of 002, 003 SS springs side by side.

i remember mine sitting exactly as the picture above. I never measured and do not recall anything other then noting that one was different, but i knew it would be the case when i bought them.

Hey 6pk2goDemon is there a slight difference in length on that shorter one? Thanks.... DTM

I can't remember, but I don't think so. These pics were taken and leafs done over 1 1/2 years ago.

Here's another pic that gives a little better view of the lengths. The 1st spring on the left is an original that I was comparing to the SS springs.
