Ok so after about 4 different exaust shop I can to a conclusion they are F***ing stupid.

They cant run exaust on my car without it almost rubbing the F***ing ground.

Will this kit work on my car I am running headers trying to get the pipe to run through the cutout/dip in the cross member.I will not be running tail pipes.
 
thats what i was thinking lol i found a great shop in portland the guy owns a 68 barracuda done up like an aar so he knows mopar and ran all of mine with magnaflows and the x shaped cross over in the middle dumped at the rear end for $300
 
I am confused on to why it would be close to rubbing the ground...unless you put a v8 in a slant six car then I completely understand. Nothing like hearing your headers slam onto the road at 80 mph
 
Why not find another shop and tell them exactly what you want. I put my own exhaust together on mine. I made templates out of cardboard from the header over through the crossmember and back a little. I took the template to the local shop and we bent the pipe. I brought it home and welded it all together to the back with turn downs ( even made those too while I was there) stuffed it under there and it works great. I have about 60 bucks in mine.
 
May we ask what is the price your willing to pay. My exhaust was installed perfectly and tucked up tightly 2 1/4 pipes,2 1/2 magnaflow magnapacks,2 1/2 stainless tips,labor+tax for 525.00$. My truck was done for 168.00$ total 3"in/2 1/2 dual out single chamber [Jones] muffler,2 1/2 dual pipes cat back.

I made my own exhaust. I did buy the pipes from Summit though.... X pipe and all. And it is 3" from collector to tail pipe. If you can cut and weld, do it yourself. Oh and I did it with the car on jackstands, wasn't easy but it is possible.
