Looking for an A999 transmission, small block.
93010 california, yet can pay for shipping. Looking for a used, rebuildable, etc. doesn't really matter. thanks!
 
If you dont get a reply i will tell you how to convert a 904 into a 999. You will need to get the direct drum and intermediate band. Planetary gears are optional. You will have to clearance the back side of pump to clear drum but i have converted a couple or three for drag and street cars. Hell of a 2-3 shift. Direct drum can come from a 999 lock up. Pm me if you want to chat about it.
 
I was under the impression, the 999 had a different case. That was required to have the anchor for the double wrap rear band. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Look in any trucks and vans in your local you pull it yards. There's bound to be some.
 
The gear reduction percentage of the rear planetary set is the main difference.

Shafts, lengths, splines front and back are all the same between 904 and 999.

My car has one in it.
 
I have one, posted it the last week in September under mechanical parts for sale. I'm in No. Cal, and might be driving to fall fling next week.
