Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. I havent been on here much, so depressed I didn't even want to read about cars. I am slowly feeling better, but losing your whole family because someone just decides they aren't happy anymore, and gets a restraining order on you just so you look bad, and they know you are going to try to get full custody, well, it makes you think things you really shouldn't. I'm working my way through it, tho.

Don't think for one minute that this isn't a common practice for the reason you mentioned. I think you will also find it normally backfires and has a reverse effect in the eyes of the court.
Control the things you have control over and let the lord sort out the rest.
Get or have an attorney and bring friends and family to support you and the truth in court. You're in my thoughts and prayers brother. It will all work out.
