removing steering coupler

Going from power to manual steering. Have removed the role pin and drilled out the other small pin on the manual steering box coupler. Is there a certain way to get the steering coupler off the shaft of the manual steering box. Thanks in advance.

I had to heat it up a little. I didn't have a torch so I just used a heat gun and a small hammer. Also a little WD-40
