Looks good

I hope, tho that you plan a gusset off the front of that alternator bolt?

looks great. good work...best part is final fit up in the engine bay, standing back and drooling over ya hard work.

Thanks guys. The belt only runs in the outer grove. The ac belt will be in the second groove and it shold not get in the way

Got my ac bracket fabed up. Here's some picks still need to make a back support but that's just a small bracket.

I'm really enjoying your build. You do great work. Turbo + AC! The Ram headers were a great idea. I wonder how wide they are and if they would squeeze in on an Early A? Have you test fit them on your 69?

Looking forward to more pics and updates.

Finally got some real work in this weekend.

Lol its was pretty tight that's for sure! If I where to do it over I would have bought the ram headers that didn't have that wide loop in them. I don't think I would had to cut the fender well if so. The turbo is a few inches from the hood but heat shouldn't be an issue because I'm going to use a heat blanket. All and all its fitting pretty well the ac turned out great I bought an after market triple pass condenser that mounted right up and a after market line kit with the pressure switch and dryer off ebay. Most everything I needed was in that. Now for the fuel system and a bunch of wiring! Thanks for all the kind comments too.

Last of the pics from this weekend.

Had to change up the down pipe... I wanted to stay with 4" and it was difficult to squeeze it by the tranny and tortious bar so I dumped it out of the wheel well for now. Depending on how loud it is I still plan on running back further with a 4" muffler but I'm so eger to get it fired up that's where it's staying for now lol here's some pics.

Intercooler mounted not as hidden as I wanted but it's the best place to get good airflow. That big old bumper makes it difficult lol. I might switch the air to water in the future anyway will see...

First gator you hit that intercooler is toast! :) Can't wait to hear it run!

Thanks everyone I'll definitely post a video once she's up and running. I still need to mount the fuel cell and wire everything up..

The build is looking great, but I just wanted to second this. The alternator bolt will fatigue and break if it doesn't have an outer bracket.
