Judge throws out Brady suspension..

If he was not guilty , why would he not give up his cellphone ?
Oh now it's destroyed that's real convenient !!!
 
It's pretty sad that this got to a federal level. It shows how messed up our legal system has become. We still have no answers to all of Hillarys scandals, but this got heard by a federal judge that fast. This was an argument between an employee and was a private matter. It is absolutely idiotic to think that the highest paid player on the team and the person who touches the ball every snap didn't know exactly what was going on. No one touches those balls without being told exactly what to do. His money and fame got him off.

yes, because obviously there's no other record of the calls/texts on his phone. You know, like the people on the other end of the calls/texts. Or records that every service provider keeps of every call/text made over their network.

the Patriots don't need Brady to beat the Seahawks- after all, the best pass to one of their players in the last Superbowl was made by Russell Wilson
