I say this is the last one I do. Meaning Re-store a car. I'm sure you've been there before or your there right know. Well every time I find something different I would like, in which in most cases is a lot of Mopars. I always say I am just gonna buy one done. Well we all know how that goes.
Well The search started about 9 nine months ago. I found this white '67 Barracuda with red interior.
I found this in North Carolina, she had made her way from California. Although a solid car she has her
share of battle scares from almost 50 years of driving. After I got the car home it basically sat since April.
trying to decide what I should do with it and gathering parts.Right know my plan is to just get it driving good fix all the leaks and BBP upgrade. Here are some photo's.

Beautiful. Very nice canvas to work on. Sorry to see you are letting the 'vert and notch go, but this looks like it will fill the void quite well!

Love it! My 'Cuda was white with the red interior when it was new....had a bench seat

Yes, Tony I absolutely Love your car. Your car and another members car on here, are the two that really seem to be fried in my brain.

Your color combination is just totally sinister.

Looks great what part of Tampa are you in, I'm down in South Tampa.

looks like a real nice one!!!!!!

when I crawl under a "new" project, and have to wonder if I will EVER be able to get back up, I have to ask myself that same question; " is this really the LAST project??"""" ha

I'm actually in Spring Hill. Do you ever take your car to any of the shows, I would love to see it in person.

I keep the car up in Port Richey at my shop most of the time, but right now its at the house in Tampa. I own SKY Powersports the motorcycle dealership on 19 in Port Richey if your down that way stop in and say hi.

Bob

Now Larry, you're supposed to post the 'AFTER' pictures later! She sure looks sweet already. It doesn't even look like it needs a vacuuming to be done! I'm already jealous of that red interior.

John, I think the RED guts really sold me too. Unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. I really should have made the 500/550 mile trip to look at the car. However, I just had other commitments at the time. The worst part is I've been around these cars long enough to know better. Also, comes back to my famous sayin "Trust Know One!!!!"

Don't get me wrong it's a pretty solid car which I will be posting some pictures of. But, she has her share of bondo I will have to replace a couple panels. I've had to fix a bunch of leaks, but the real kicker is this. The car had been hit not bad, but enough to be a headache.

So,this is where the drama starts.

I have the car over at my friends shop right now. We've re-sealed the transmission and installed a new gear box.

I've also fixed the electrical wiring Thanks to 67Dart Del.
And a bunch of other little things.

At my friends shop, he has a guy that works for him that is a Bodyman. He strictly does metal work. So I am gonna have him fix my fender's. Since I've found you really can't find any for these cars. I bought an OEM header panel from another member on here. The body guy stil had to straighten it out, but it was a lot better than I started with. He also had to fabricate the headlight bucket brackets from scratch. This guy is real talented. He's Cuban and most the cars they have down there are old. So body guys from there tend to be pretty talented.
