ok 73 plymouth scamp water leaking coming from under the dash, I have had somebody put in a new windshield gasket no luck, taped of the windshield and cowl vents on hood and it is still leaking, any ideas guys?

Wiper transmission pivot seals.

Kits are available & they are easy to change.

when i did windows for a living we checked for leaks with foamy window cleaner and compressed air.
spray the area then use compressed air from the inside. it will bubble. much like checking propane with soapy water.

works like a charm!

Where is the heater core?
It leaks when I pour water from the roof line down, only on drivers side.

I started with leaks from all of those mentioned, plus more. Any of the metal flanges around the firewall and cowl can leak. Screw holes, cable holes, any mounting hole through firewall or sides. On big one for me was on the side under the cowl drain. Water was coming out the drain and going right in under it where a spot rusted away the flange of the side panel underneath it. I just kept getting under dash and looking where water was coming in till I got them all (which I think I have finally done)

I think that I have a couple of those leaks, too... Definitely wiper gasket, definitely glass seal... Rear window seaps a tiny bit too, sigh... chasing down leaks...
