Looking for the fuel tank sending unit ohm resistance for full and empty (let me know which one is what) for my 66 Barracuda.
The Service manual does not tell you what specs are for it.
Mine is in the car and full of fuel.
Thanks,
Joe

This should do it!

This has been back and forth a lot lately, really need a gauge/sender thread for troubleshooting them in the "help" section.

I know this is why it need to go in the help. I actually built a tester for in and out of the car with a 9v batt, and lent it to moparmitch and krazy kuda. Might do a lend thing with them. Pay the ride both ways and $5? Should help people out and recover the costs. Fell kind of cheesy selling them for a one time use. Want to help do a thread via e mail both ways and then post it?

67dart273 Sorry if I am inconveniencing anyone with my question; I wrote this as I was running out the door before work.
I am buying a custom fuel tank with a in the tank fuel pump for the new FI TECH fuel injection system I just ordered and needed it for the sender unit.
Sometimes we are in a hurry and forget to "search"
After checking both my service manuals for my 66 and my 72 and came up with nothing - frustrated I just put out the post.
