Ok guys I've got a 1966 valiant and the front frame rails are gone. What's my best options on repairing this disaster. Do I need a donor car or do they make rails?? This might just be a little out of my league and suggestions will help. Fyi this will have a stout 408ci with a 150 shot setting in it when all said and done so I'd like it to stay together.

I would suggest a donor car or a different car. The only guy at the best body shops that can replace front rails on a unibody car is the guy with years of experience on the frame machine. You want it done right and done strong especially with a powerful engine under the hood.

You have to look at the car overall and decide if the car is worth that much work. If the frame rails are completely rusted away, chances are the car has other rust issues?

My first 66 was this badly rusted. Front frame rails could be squeezed together with one hand! Back in 1998 I bought caps and frame repair pieces from autorust.com - Makers of the Frame Saving Safe-T-Cap Kit and had the front rails, T bar cross members and rear spring mounts welded in. I drove the car for more than 10 years but only with a tired stock engine.
I spent more for the parts and welding and I did for my second 66 with a clean frame. The welder at the shop tried to talk me out of it even.

Live and learn. I was young, had a fat insurance check to spend after being t boned...
Think twice. but it can be done.

Thanks guys some good advise here. The car is pretty solid other than the front frame rails being shot and usual floor boards repair needing to be fixed as well. Might look for a donor car to get it fixed.

I don't know if you found frame rails yet; if I had known there was a demand for them, I could have saved mine from my '65 Barracuda. It was a lot quicker just to cut them out with a torch. I still have the K-member, along with steering box, torsion bars, and various front suspension components in the first photo, if you need any of that. However, it is all at the shop that is doing my car in Chicago, so a good day's drive from you.
Are you going to upgrade your frame, front suspension, and brakes for that nitrous-fed 408? That's a lot of twist for our old unibody cars. I remember not being able to close the doors after a hard run in my '66 Valiant with a fairly mild 340 forty years ago. The second photo shows my new frame and front suspension for the Barracuda--frame rails by Hot Rod Chassis and Cycle in Chicago, with Detroit Speed's Aluma-Frame suspension for a 1st-gen Mustang.
