Anybody know the length on a driveshaft for a 70 Duster 440/ 727 / 8 .75" rear? Thanks !

Here's a thread of some recommended custom local places in MN from some members near there... Maybe you are close enough to one of those...
One advantage of custom is they can put some beefier parts and u-joints on them... My local shop did for ours...

Thanks for the link, I was hoping to order a chromoly one from Strange with 1350 joints, but still have to drop the motor and tranny in.

I strongly suggest you get everything installed and then measure for your driveshaft.
That said, here are the 'Strange' dimensions I used (after moving the rear diff back 1/2" for tire clearance):
727 Automatic 29 Spline , Add Forged Steel 1350 Pinion Yoke: None , Measurement "A": 54.5" , Measurement "B": 1.125"
