Windshield wiper arm gromets

Can I replace the windshield wiper arm bushings (the white plastic ones) if I take my front seat out and lay under the dash. I could take the radio out too, or do you have to take the gauge cluster out? Car has a/c- 74 Plymouth Duster
 
You can get to them laying on your back without pulling the cluster and take the glove box out for the pass side much easier.
 
I have done it by only removing the heater hoses but I have long, bony forearms & a high tolerance for pain.
 
I used to crawl under the dash and get to them but im not flexible like I used to be. The best thing to do is drop the column, remove the instrument cluster and remove the glovebox insert.
