I googled that part number and it is showing it as "most 53-67 350 cubic inch and up motors standard tappet." If you google the part number " mopar 2808569" you will get hits from guys that have it in stock. Deception Pass and Hilltop both have these tappets and they range from 10 to 13 each depending on the source.
 
whoa, the pre 68 lifters had a smaller pushrod radii inside. They used the smaller 5/16. This was on a 361 but there was a difference across the lines IIRC. 440source used to sell old 5/16 pushrod pulls, marketed to the older B/RB crowd. This info would only bite your *** if you found an NOS box of B/RB lifters from 1965
