Help needed on i.d. these brakes

I have a 68 fb. Came out with 318 auto now 360. Is this front brake set up stock or a/m?
disk size looks to be 11" (or just under)

Also can i have part no/ for pads....

Recently bought this car and getting to know whats what. Thanks in advance.

Those are the later single piston brakes... 73 - 76 series...

Original 68 disc brake system was the kelsey hayes 4 piston disc....

The single piston disc are most likely 4.5" bolt pattern.... Kelsey hayes discs are 4" bolt pattern...
 
F M J late B used single piston as well.
Looks like the same riveted pads on the 76-88 F and M bodies.
