I bought a bushing kit for my 63 Valiant from Mancini Racing and when i got them they are the polyurethane bushing and i was wanting to find out how to to put them in because the little ones go in fine but the big bushing is so hard,What do i need to do to soften them up to push them in,I took the inner sleeve out like it said but i thought when i ordered them it was suppose to be the oem ones but got these,Has anybody else had any trouble with them,Thanks for any help.

Boil them and install them warm. Follow the instructions some have to re use the bushing sleaves and some come with them. if your doing the leaf spring I had a issue there are two different sizes and I had the larger ones.

If you are referring to the front bushings for the leaf springs it helps a lot to open the eye in the spring with a chisel that has a long taper to it.

I talked to the energy suspension tech yesterday and he said for me to measure the inside hole of the front spring that the bushing maybe the same size if so he said they had one more size smaller that was smaller that they didn't list mine is the inch and a half so i'm goin to take it today to someone that can measure it and for me to call him back and he could find me the bushing that would work so we will see what happen's.......

Even using the correct size I had to spread the eye of the spring to get the bushing in.
(just so you know in advance)

I took and had the spring measured and the bushing is a 1.1\2 and the eye of the spring is 1 5\16 so how do i spread it out that much to make it work

I used a chisel and spread the eye open, put the bushing in then knocked the chisel out.
