I dont believe that's a body. That looks like it mounts to the side of the door A body mounts on top. Plus a body mirrors have only one threaded stud that goes through the door and a screw that mounts from the top side.
 
I see what your saying, must E or B huh? I haven't had a 70 up A body in years, last E body I had was Hawaii in 89, wonder where it came from?
My bad, glad someone caught it, woulda been embarassin' !
