Well as an update I'm getting power for the turn signal indicators on the harness at the dash cluster. The left signal comes from the three pin the right signal comes from the 8 pin
Yet neither one is working on the cluster. I tried switching bulbs and switching the black plastic holders. Still no luck. These are new circuit boards. What are the odds that they would both be defective? I can't think of anything else that would cause it not to work? I'd appreciate any ideas I'm at a loss. Thanks again!

Do you have a separate ground to the instrument cluster from the chassis? If not try running a temporary ground from the battery to the actual instrument housing itself. When I re wired my Demon I ran a designated ground from the front off the battery all the way to the back of the car and tied designated grounds in to it for things like that.

Hi, no I did not run a separate ground. Everything else is working properly just the turn signal indicators are inop on both sides. Completely baffled it seems pretty uncommon that both circuit boards would be defective. Both harness are showing let the power from the turn signals are making it up to the connection on the dash cluster.

If you have power to the barrel confirmed and the bulbs are good and not led that may be flipped then the boards are not right. Have your checked at the bulb trace?

I will not go through that ground thing as you say it is there!

The new 194 bulbs arent as good as they used to be.
I have had issues with them not making contact in the sockets.
Need to prove every circuit.
Ohmmeter and test light is mandatory. Even the tabs on the sockets need to be checked to make sure they contact.

The small screws that attach circuit boards to pot metal housing are part of the ground path. Nearly every bulb location will have a screw beside it. Connection at these screws is mandatory whether the housing has a dedicated ground wire or not.
It's not so difficult to check everything at the workbench before installing, ground to housing, positive to individual pins.
