Not A Mopar -- It's a 64 Falcon Sprint. I know, the problem is because it's a Ford. -- There's a metal to metal squeak, when hitting bumps, even small ones, on the road. It sound like seat springs or similar, but I have eliminated that. -- Any ideas ???

Door strikers possibly?
I know if mine got real dry on my Falcon they squeaked.
Same with my Dart.

Have a good look at door latches to striker posts. Doors , hoods, and deck lids can squeak against hard rubber bumpers too. Good hunting.

Big problem with those was the upper control bushings- can't lube them! Factory had plugs where the zerk fittings should go, but no room to get to them. Some would torch a hole in the shock tower to gain access to them so that a zerk could be installed. These are metal bushings, not rubber.

I don't know anything about Ford but I made the mistake during my first suspension rebuild of tightening the upper control arm before dropping the car off the jack. Once the car was dropped to the ground, it twisted the rubber inside the control arm bushings and only took a month or two before they started squeaking. I found out they were the issue by spraying soapy water on them and bounced the car up and down. Wound up having to replace them.

I had a 67 Fairlane with the same issue. Web search will provide some info.
Try this stuff instead of grease on your door pins and trunk latch... it's solved a few squeaks for me over the years.

It was the upper control arm, on the drivers side. -- I replaced upper, and lower, on both sides. -- The new ones are greaseable. -- Thanks to all.
