Is it just me or is their online catalog really sucky to navigate and find stuff. I get annoyed with their online catalog pretty quickly and just dont bother to buy from them.

I use their catalogue for a reference and then find the needed part from another vendor cheaper.
I feel compared to others they overcharge and their shipping prices are high.
Last time, a long time ago, I returned a part and they charged me a restocking fee. :BangHead:

the shipping is a killer for me, cancel the order when I found 30 bucks shipping and ins. on a switch.

20 years ago their brutal website layout and functionality could be excused but not in 2019 or even 2009!

I used repops on my 67 from BEA parts. See pix #4 and #5 below after I restored my 67 dash. Yeah I paid dearly for em, and had to work em a little bit to fit. The one I got didnt have the little dent defects like 340man showed. I did have to trim a slot in the top for the metal upper reinforcement to fit like oldmanmopar did

However the plus is that the chrome on the repops is NOT vacuum metalizing process. Rather it's the same process used when they chrome plastic car and truck grilles. That holds up really well to the elements, and will not come off or get dull spots in it from using windex on your windows. Chrome will stay looking good for decades.

You have really 2 choices keeping a rallye cluster. Both options are pricey.

Option #1 If staying with the OEM rally cluster, pay big dollars and get your OEM one vacuum metalized again, and deal with spotting, dulling, and fading on the chrome over time.

Option #2 buy a repop which uses actual more durable chrome plating over the plastic, make it fit, and not have any chrome issues.

Or the 3rd much cheaper yet very good looking choice I am making on my sons 69 dash.

Option #3 The route I am going with on my sons 69 notchback. Painting the plastic bezel matte black, and using carbon fiber look upper and lower inlays I bought from Jim over at DMT. I asked him make the lower center dash trim without the cigar lighter hole and without the radio hole kinda like a built in delete plate. If sonny wants to cut it for a din type radio, I dont care. I will do my best to convince him of using a hidden audio setup controlled by his phone, along with a hidden jack plug in maybe in the console, or in the ashtray. I figure the cigar lighter for 69 being in the ashtray, theres no need for a lighter in the dash face.

Another member did this very thing with the black and carbon look, and it gave me that idea. See pic # 3 of 72bluNblu dash. We will do the console plates like that too, and leave the buttons and knobs chrome. If later on my son wants to put repops in there or restore the originals, he can.

What are the details of that transaction?
You do know that businesses are in business to make a PROFIT, right? They are not charities.
If they send you a WRONG part, a mistake that THEY made, I feel that there should be NO restocking fee BUT if you made the mistake.... or simply changed your mind, opened the box, why should any company eat the cost of that?
It takes labor hours to accept incoming merchandise, inspect and repackage it, then put it back on shelves. That costs them money. If they do that often enough, they don't make enough money and they go bankrupt.
Maybe not the case with you but some people have a poor attitude toward businesses, as if those businesses somehow owe their customers everything.

I bought repop 69 cuda headlight outer diecast bezels from PG classics a few years ago. What showed up was 2 RH ones. Both were good parts. However I needed a left and a right. The extra RH one they took back no questions asked even sent a prepayed UPS return label for me. Then they sent a LH one that looked like the person who buffed the casting flash off before plating it went a bit too far cleaning it off. This left big visible divots in the edges when attached to the plastic inner pieces. I sent pix of the part attached to the grille plastics. They sent a return label UPS prepaid. Sent me another LH one. This time all was good.

PG classic may be up in Canada, nothing wrong with that at all my Canuck bros and sisters. I was happy with their service on this matter. These were not cheap parts. Regardless, that was great customer service. I am on their mailing list. Have been for a number of years. Just picked up a pair of repop 69 barracuda reverse bezels on a 25% off labor day weekend special for $128. Also picked up head restraint bezels for $25 a pair x 2 pairs. Plus PG classic 25% off is actually 25% off. Not some bullshit fine print that says (up to 25% off). Payed $24 shipping & handling to south of the border.

I bought a date correct fuel filter, in the last 6 months (I know I know waste of money)
I found the KV hose was leaking at the clamps (my fault, did not use proper crimp tool) then I noticed the inked area had a sticky gooey substance on / around it, I tried wiping it off and off came the ink. I assume they used some type of clear decals over the ink to keep it looking new. Bad part is the lable and ink are not gasoline safe. Won't make that mistake again.

I understand business need to make a profit but selling non quality parts for a good amount of money made in China is hard to swole. Repoped parts should be perfect with everything they have today..The tooling should be nearly flawless. This is why Classic Industries should inspect there parts before selling to a custmer.,and not expect the customer to be there inspector...it is called quality control.I asked them check on these bezels and let me know.It took them 3 weeks to tell me they all had flaws...Yes I got credited back my money but still a no go on bezel.... I will think twice on using them again for my Mopar projects...

Check with BEA parts. Smaller company might have better customer product support. Plus you have to call to order. Always talk to a real live person.

I've tried it and yes it's pretty tedious in a way! So what I was looking for was engine bay wiring harness for dart sport. They offered more than one and one was not yet available but to stay tuned. So that just turned me away.

This happened some time ago ended up with a harness from Evans wiring. Some people bash this company but my experience was good no issues. Quality harness all looked nice and fit too.
