Do you ever just smile.

These old cars of mine have so much time and memories into them that it is hard to look at and not feel happy. Mine make me smile driving them or just looking at them. I make excuses to go into the garage to check em out. My GTX was a basket case but I brought her back from the dead. I really enjoyed getting her on the road again. I think about that every time I start her up.

My old truck from high school being worked on by its new owner makes me smile!

I've been smiling since were putting the finishing touches on my buddies Cuda we've been restoring.

I smile every morning I wake up still breathing. Then try to not do anything during the day that will not let me sleep at night so I can wake up smiling the next morning.

I have to admit that I do. I had many muscle cars and hot rods of all makes and never quite finished any of them. When I got the Duster I made a decision to keep this one and finish it, that was 26 years ago. I look at it now and smile because I can remember driving it and knowing I had to restore the interior, paint, and etc. and thinking I would never see the day driving it as a finished restored car but the day came and I still cannot believe it at times.

Now i have another project. i couldnt resist. So that's 4 projects. But one may be off the list. My son really wants the power wagon. Would make my life a lot easier. I still want to build it,thats my problem.

I smile every time I get something done that looks good for either cuda. Last week it was painting the face side of 2 of the fifth ave steelies for my sons 69 notch with Akzo Noble high gloss black, and putting tires on em a few days later so I could roll it into my other garage. Going for the junior drag pack look on his 69 notch. I also get a smile when my son is out there helping me work on his cuda.

Lately this photo has been making me smile. The wife and I don't have kids but corrupting this guy(nephew) into a Mopar guy has been super fun!
