I have an S-60 Dana on order. I have an adjustable Mopar pinion snubber for an 8.75. Is there a way to modify this snubber to fit the drilled and tapped pad on the Dana?

I maybe be wrong, but I think they are the same or very close. Need someone else to confirm. Good luck

Think outside the box and mount it to the roof and have it face down...

on the street with a 4-speed,I recommend to not run one, cuz when I tried it,with a 10.97 starter gear, it hammered out the landing pad under the floor. And, after I pulled it out, I never missed it.
Your results may vary

I had to weld a plate under the rear seat because it pounded the floor up about 1", so I pounded it back down and welded a 1/8" plate over top and down the sides a little and never had a problem again. It worked great on the street with 6 cyl bars, I could only leave rubber about 3 ft in second gear and it would just plant the seat in your ***.

All good points everyone, but my original question was "Can my 8.75 Adjustable Pinion Snubber be modified to fit my new Dana S-60 from Strange?" Are they close enough?

Original car Dana 60's had 3 bolts on pinion snubber, 8 3/4 has 2 bolts, some snubber's have 4 bolts holes and will bolt on both but not sure about a Strange 60
