I know nothing about the quality of restoration on that Charger but at a glance it appears to be well done. If so, it would probably easily sell for $50k so why not accept it, enjoy it for a bit and then sell it if you’re not a B body fan? Unless one doesn’t have the garage space or can’t afford the insurance, why not accept it?
Had a high school friend win a new corvette years ago, he sold everything he had to pay the taxes for the car.
He drove the car for a few years than sold it.
Take the car, paint it orange with a confederate flag on the roof and sell it for $100k...
Seriously, I'd take the money and do the same as Alaskan_TA said. I love Chargers, but I'd be afraid to actually drive the thing and I don't need another garage ornament.
