Better Stock manifolds?

I'm wondering is there a preferred year on the exhaust manifolds?
The older versions seem to have extra webbing.
It's for my '65

I bought one with ribs, I had to grind down part of a couple of ribs to mesh property with my offy intake. Not a big deal at all, just something to know.

@Cuda65Steve I believe the 1970s up had the beefed up ribbing that was supposed to minimize cracking issues.

Dorman makes a nice manifold, it has an O2 sensor port that will facilitate wide band tuning and no fighting with old stuck heat risers. It was on sale for less than $200 on Rock Auto recently.

I got an early one that has no ribs, looks a little naked. Ribbing and then more ribbing was added throughout the build life.
