For clarification. 73-76 duster door will fit 67-69 dart. Minus window swap and latch location.
 
Interesting thought, but have not personally tried it. Door skin looks similar enough, but can't vouch for the inside door opening shape being compatible, and no Duster/Demon/Dart Sport handy to get measurements from. Don't think the early vent window & frame will swap into a later door without a bunch of work. Door lock position is different, as are door latch levers, armrest attachment, window mechanisms & cranks, door card size and shape, and most of the linkages. Hope you get some feedback if the main structure will physically fit.
 
Not sure about that except that darts are 111" wheelbase and dusters are 108" is that difference in the rear quarters, or in the length of the door opening, or a little of both. I know the floorpan is a different length. Get out your tape measure and find out.
 
I think you will have problems transferring all the guts from one shell to the other. All different internals those years.
 
The door size and shape are the same. The Duster is shorter from the doors to the rear bumper but the same length from the doors forward.
 
Another thought on fiberglass doors. I was told years ago that 67-69 barracuda fiberglass doors with lexan would fit dart - duster. Yes i know dart has different body lines and internals but the bare shell size are the same.
