Evening all. Not often you have a drop from making other sheetmetal patches that is exactly the right size and shape. Got the fuel tank swapped, found a pickup filter in my Fairlane stuff, got the electric pump and filter mounted and plumbed. Now to roast coffee.

My Son Mitch Jr. told me, him and his wife tested positive this morning. She is much sicker than him. He owns/runs a local restaurant. Told me they had to close down for a while...
 
Landmark weekend up here on the Frozen Tundra, got a lot done on the Demon. Pedals in place and wiring double dog checked. A very light bump to the starter just to ensure ignition was good to go. Getting very close to adding fuel and reconnecting fuel pump. I disconnected it so that I could verify all the wiring since there is not a scrap of original wiring left. Chris was not here so I did not need the fire extinguisher! Yet.....

Not good. :BangHead: Are MD restaurants allowed to have people eating in? PA they were not, but not sure when that lifts.

First reluctantly... fell asleep for about half and hour, now wide awake
 
I'm looking at electric fuel pumps and disapointed as it looks like I wont get to drive my 67 before I have to leave to go to work on Tuesday.
 
What pumps are you lookin at? Do you have a local O'Reilly? They normally stock some decent universal pumps in Precision. ......that is as long as there's someone there who can think past the computer.

Advance usually has Holley black electric pumps in stock too
 
Went out to get a hair trim, and a battery for my Navy Seal Watch. Stopped at a Micky D's. Pretty good actually. Just not the same as the US

I usually find something to do when I'm half the night. 1am is close enough for me to breakfast, Cheese omelet with sausage . peppers, and onions. I out did myself lol
