Hey all, this is the first time here, but i have read alot of helpful threads. My dilemna..
I have a 69 fast back cuda with a 1972 340 with the RPM performer series package( heads, intake, cam and a Thunder 800 cfm carb. My problem is the throttle cable and kickdown cable. Is there a package available for the necessary brackets cables and springs?

Any pictures? There is a Chrysler adapter to use with your carburetor that uses the stock kick down/throttle cable.

A little more info needed- you speak of a "kickdown cable", factory used a mechanical linkage. Cables are aftermarket- whose cable/kit did you use? Factory or aftermarket throttle cable?
The following is for factory linkages:
Edelbrock Throttle Lever Adapter (manciniracing.com)
Carburetor Linkage Stud (manciniracing.com)
Carburetor Linkage Stud Nut (manciniracing.com)
Throttle Return Springs (manciniracing.com)
Restoration Throttle Return Spring Bracket (manciniracing.com)
Beat me to it. Good information.

All the associated linkage and cable and brackets are original equipment that i reused from the 318

i did purchase the adapter for the throttle cable, however the the stock 318 bracket puts the cable too short, in effect pulling on the accelerator linkage

You can take all of that off and use a simpler system from Lokar.
