Will an Edelbrock air-gap manifold with Edelbrock 4bbl and a 360 magnum fit under a stock hood for a 1972 Scamp?

I have one and it Is a tight fit... I use a drop base air filer setup. And low profile filter.. be sure to double check the stud height for the air filter hold down

I have a Stealth and it was tight with a heat shield and isolator. I bought one of those push button air cleaner latches. Works slick. Very Clean.

Air Cleaner

Summit sells these too.

I have an Air Gap Intake and the clearance was to close to my hood so I had to cut my hood and put dual snorkles on.. Also makes my engine breathe better...

You’ll need a drop base to be sure of no contact but it’ll fit.
