It still isnt right to this day why someone would dump money into a 318...
Why? Bigger is better? Then your a hypocrite if you don’t dump tons of cash into a Hemi mountain motor.
What? You don’t have that kind of money?
Then perhaps you should not be in the car hobby?
After all, chastising others for building what they got, perhaps not having money for that $700 or better for a 340 block that needs a lot of attention just to make right for a build could be a deal breaker for others here.
On the flip side, there are those that like a challenge of a smaller displacement engine. Trying to do more with less and using there head instead of there wallet.
Oh wait! Never mind….. I forgot you’re independently very wealthy. Once again, money corrupts the thinking allowing you to shame others for there lack. Please don’t mind us poor lowly turds here on the basement floor polluting your air so high and mightly above as you sit on your kingly high morels and piles of cash while we strive to scratch out some run with what he have.
Sorry bud, (not really) but I’ve scratched an itch remembering the old tough days when obtaining performance parts for what ever I had under the hood (almost always a 318) was a huge struggle in search of creating a bit of fun for myself.
At least I was able to whip some GM & Ford *** with that low compression 318.
Seriously! How dare you?! Seriously! Is it that bad you have to crap on anybody without money or just the wish to use a 318?
I wonder if your even intelligent enough to make one quick much less actually fast.
People like you make the hobby a **** place for those with a lack of money or means or the wish to challenge themselves with a smaller engine.
Why don’t you bugger off and join a camp of elitist elsewhere.
If you’re not going to help, then you must actually be against MoPar guys.

So much for my car my way!
