I have a new one coming from Classic... Not sure when it'll arrive as it's been on back order forever... But when it does come in, I may part with my OEM one I recently bought.
 
I don’t think an OE tuff adapter fits a 69 and down mopar with ignition key on the dash.

Those 69-down cars have a smaller diameter steering column than the OE cars with key in column that were available with Tuff Wheels

Correct. This is what a Tuff Wheel adapter looks like on a 68 column. The inner metal ring that sticks out the bottom of the adapter will rub on the outside of the column. You'll need to sand that inner surface down so you have clearance there.

I made an aluminum ring to make it look nicer.
